Shipping Policy

At The London Physio, we’re committed to getting your physiotherapy and fitness products to you quickly, safely, and transparently — whether you're based in the UK or overseas. As a growing small business, we do our best to make shipping simple and fair for everyone.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day. During busy periods or sales, dispatch may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.

🇬🇧 UK Shipping Rates

We offer two delivery options:

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) – £3.49
  Sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class or Evri Standard

• Tracked Shipping (2–3 business days) – £4.99
  Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri Tracked, with delivery updates provided

Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders over £50.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship to:

• Ireland

• United States

• Canada

• Germany

• Netherlands

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. All international orders are sent via tracked delivery for peace of mind.

Please note: Your country may apply customs duties, VAT, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

UK Orders

If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please contact us at sales@thelondonphysio.co.uk before returning anything — we’ll guide you through the process.

International Orders

We do not accept international returns at this time.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

❌ Non-Returnable Items (All Regions)

• Opened or used rehab and fitness tools (e.g. resistance bands, massage balls)

• Digital products (eBooks, downloadable guides, videos)

• Custom or made-to-order items

• Items returned outside the 14-day UK return window
